Our Mission & Vision

Our Mission at Cathedral of the Palms is to guide people to a life of faith in Jesus Christ then on to live lives that are fully devoted to Him. We accomplish this in three ways:

CONNECTpeople to their Creator.

We believe that people are made to be in personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

CAUSEthat people would find a purpose worth living for.

We believe people are made to participate with God in changing the world and impacting lives.

COMMUNITYprovide people with genuine relationships that result in a true life change.

We believe that people are made with the need for authentic relationships with other people.

Our vision here at Cathedral of the Palms is to see lives changed. We are not confined to the walls of this church. We have full ministry teams that help to accomplish this vision by going out into this city and around the world spreading the love of Jesus Christ.

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry.

What we believe:

... the Bible is the inspired and only infallible and authoritative written Word of God.

... there is one God, eternally existent in three persons; God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost.

... in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, in His personal future return to this earth in power and glory.

... in the blessed hope - the rapture of the Church at Christ's coming.

... the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith in Christ.

... the redemptive work of Christ on the cross provides healing of the human body in answer to believing prayers.

…in the indwelling of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

... in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a holy life.
